Dr. Angelo D. Logan graduated from Strayer University with a Master’s Degree in Business Management and a second Master’s in Theology from Liberty University and has completed a Doctorate Degree in Evangelism & Church Planting also at Liberty University. He is an author and has taught many classes and workshops in local churches, the district, state, and on the international level of International Bible Way. Dr. Logan has been married to Elder Lisa Logan for over 30 years. They are blessed with three wonderful children, Christopher, Angelo, Aliyah, a daughter-in-law, Kelly, and nine grandchildren.

In 2013, Dr. Logan became Founder and Pastor of Miracle Faith Ministries International. A fast-growing church located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Miracle Faith Ministry was established in May 2013. God blessed them with the purchase of the church on July 31, 2013. In 2019, Dr. Logan was appointed Vice-President of the newly formed East Coast Diocese. In 2021, Dr. Logan was appointed the Chairman of the Pastors & Presbyters Council and later to the Office of District Elder in International Bible Way Church, Inc. To God, Be the Glory for all the marvelous things He Has done and is doing! District Elder Logan serves the East Coast Diocese as the Vice President.

Since being First Lady of Miracle Faith Ministries and Co-Pastor, she has exemplified much more than a First Lady's normally expected. Lady Lisa always shows her love, diligence, and passion for seeing everyone at Miracle Faith living at their fullest God-given potential. Lady Lisa graduated from Virginia Baptist College with a certificate in Christian Education and Counseling and an associate degree from Liberty University in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is also a National Examiner for IBW. She enjoys teaching Bible Study and Sunday School Classes at Miracle Faith and has been requested on many occasions to speak at church services and various church events.

Elder Lisa’s favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”. Pastor Lisa serves the East Coast Diocese as the Administrator.

Elder Brian Mills has tirelessly assisted in establishing and growing churches throughout Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, North and South Carolina, and Trinidad West Indies. In July 2016, Elder Mills was officially installed as Senior Pastor of now named New Light Church of God Ministries of the Apostolic Faith Inc. by Apostle Lawrence G. Campbell Sr. In July 2019, he founded and established Greater New Light Temple Ministries Inc., located in Richmond, Virginia. In September 2020, he founded and established New Light Rehoboth International Ministries Inc. Waynesboro, VA. In 2020, Pastor Mills established Greater New Light Outreach located in Petersburg, VA.

In March of 2020, Pastor Mills was appointed as District Elder in the International Bible Way Churches of Jesus Christ Inc. District Elder Mills has established the Kingdom Evangelistic District of the East Coast Diocese in the International Bible Way Churches of Jesus Christ. District Elder Mills sits on the Board of Directors and serves as the Corporate Secretary to the East Coast Diocese under the leadership of the honorable Bishop Dr. Ricky E. Carr Sr. District Elder Mills also serves in the International Bible Way Churches of Jesus Christ, under the leadership of the Honorable Apostle Willie Rookard; Presiding Bishop & Chief Apostle.

Bishop T. Tyrone Tribbett was ordained an Elder with the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Inc. (PCAF). He was elevated to the office of District Elder with World Assemblies of Restoration (W.A.R.). In March 2001, he assisted in formulating and structuring the fellowship, God’s Vision International Ministries, Inc. (GVIM), operating as the 1st Vice Presider. He was consecrated Bishop on August 31, 2002, by Apostle Floyd E. Nelson Sr., Chief Presider of God’s Vision International Ministries, Inc.

Bishop Tribbett is the Founder of Christ Temple Deliverance Ministries and the Episcopal Authority and Chief of Staff of The Christian Church, in Maryland. He serves as the Assistant Treasurer for International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ, Inc. Bishop T. Tyrone Tribbett is affectionately known by all as “Bishop T”, and is the proud father of DeShantel Jawaunna, DeMaris Lavonne, Shekinah Destiny, Thaddaeus Tyrell (Accomplished Potter House Musician), and Tye Tribbett (Grammy-Stellar-Dove-Award Winning International Recording Gospel Artist). Bishop T. Tyrone Tribbett serves the East Coast Diocese as the COO.

Pastor Tabitha Walker was baptized and born again of the water and the Spirit December 16, 2012, completed New Discipleship March 1, 2013, and was indoctrinated June 2, 2013, with local ministry credentials, and licensed Evangelist at the Evangelist Explosion 2013. She acknowledged the special gift of Prophecy on November 1, 2014. In October 2014, she partnered with Fredericksburg Pregnancy Center, proclaiming the love of Jesus Christ through salvation & forgiveness to those experiencing an unplanned pregnancy.

Pastor Walker was officially ordained July 2015 under Empowered Destiny International (EDI) by Apostle Floyd E. Nelson Sr., Chief Presider of International Bible Way Church of Jesus Christ and the spiritual covering of Apostle John T. Harrod; Pastor of Prince of Peace and the Presider of Empowered Destiny International (EDI). In 2019 she joined the East Coast Diocese under the leadership of Bishop Dr. Ricly E. Carr, Sr. and serves as the treasurer.
